Ordered from Tommy's despite the so-so reviews, and was very pleased. Delivery was quick and the food was tasty (try the burgers and the greek-inspired dishes). Tommy's also paid attention to all of my special instructions and allergy-related requests. I definitely recommend to others.

i've been ordering from here since i moved uptown a few months ago and i have to say, i think the food is excellent. its always hot and on time and tastes good. my fav is the greek platter and the penne alfredo with grilled chicken. try it!

I ordered from Tommy's for the first time a few weeks ago. After waiting over an hour I called and the man that answered called me "baby" and said my meal was on its way. I waited another 30 minutes and still no food. I called again and this time the man answered and hung up on me when I asked about my order. After that point i called back and got no answer. I never received the food and was refunded thanks to seamless. I will never order from here again. Very rude and I never even got my food! Horrible.

The food is decent, not v. hard to mess up pizza and mozzarella sticks. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of service. As another commenter mentioned, it takes a long time for them to send you food. My most recent order arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after I submitted my order on seamless. What's worse is that my food must have been sitting in the restaurant for at least 45 of those 80 minutes. My pizza was cold when I received it. I will not be ordering from Tommy's again.

Consistently on time and great pizza. They've been a life saver during the gas leak being patched in my building and I can therefore say the items from each meal of the day are excellent. The delivery guys have also never gotten lost and shown up an hour late. The pizza sizes are the most generous I have seen in the five boroughs. A small feeds me; a very large person. Quesadillas are incredible and so are their pancakes and breakfast items. The ham and cheese breakfast wrap was far too salty but only because the ham helping was so impressive. I'll order from here over the other 5 pizza places available each and every time. The lemonade will put elementary schoolers and their stands out of business the whole summer. Now, I have to order something...

Horrible Service. Waited an Hour and Half for the food called twice during this time frame wondering where the food was at. It turns out their delivery guy gave the food to some random and wrong people at another address. Wouldn't give us our money back. Two hours and 20 minutes later, we ate dinner. Screw these guys.

So I placed my order sunday evening via seamless at 10pm. I expected the order to be delivered 30-45 mins as usual. They are literally 4 blocks away. An hour went by and I called to check on the status of my order the person who answered abruptly cut me off when I inquired about the status of the delivery to say all orders were out and hung up, without asking my name info anything. I gave it another 30 mins called back at 11:30 mind you I've been waiting an hour and a half and its thirty minutes before closing and same person said the same thing saying they were backed up that evening, which i found odd as it was EASTER SUNDAY and most people tend have family dinners. Midnight hit and I was over the 2 hour wait for a wrap sandwich and fries so called to say I didn't want the order at this point. No Answer!! They had closed meal undelivered and my card charged!! FURIOUS!!! No phone call nothing no attempt to cancel my card! I had to email seamless customer service to have my card refunded. A day has gone by and no one from the restaurant even attempted to reach out and apologize. I will never order a meal hear again!!!!

I give this place 1 star for their lemonade. Other than that, I was disappointed. My food was cold (chicken gyro plate) and fries were very stale. The pita bread wasn't soft at all. Save your money and order else where.

I have Celiac's Disease and ordered a turkey burger, but specifically stated WHEAT ALLERGY, NO BUN, PLEASE WRAP IN LETTUCE LEAVES, as many restaurants do for those with food allergies. Instead of sticking to my suggestion, the guys sent my burger in a wheat tortilla wrap. When I called them to ask for a new one, they said it was my fault because I worded the instructions with a wrap and that I was the one who worded the instructions incorrectly. They REFUSED to acknowledge the mistake, acknowledge the fact that the burger could now leave me seriously ill, and refused to send me a new meal. I won't be ordering from them again now that I know they have absolutely no regard to a customer's allergies -- would they give cheese to a lactose intolerant person, or shellfish to somebody who's allergic?
