Villa Pancho Taqueria

Poor customer service. This is how small businesses go out of business. I ordered from Villa Pancho and they got my order wrong. The corn on the cob was just corn, boiled (not grilled) with mayo on it (no cheese nothing else). I called and the woman I spoke with first asked if I wanted to go pick up another one. Um... NO! I ordered delivery, the rest of my food is here and I'm eating. Why would I now leave my apartment and go pick up an order that you got wrong. I asked for a credit and she took my name down. Anyway, fast forward to today when I attempted to redeem my credit for a corn on the cob. The woman who I spoke with said that I am not in the system and that "anyone can just say that there is a credit for a corn on the cob. And that she can't just give me a corn on the cob." I cancelled my order and will never order from there again. This is not how you treat your customers if you'd like to stay in business.

I waited more than an hour for the delivery of my order (via Seamless) but when I called the restaurant, I told the restaurant had just closed, then I was put on hold indefinitely. Strangely, I had a similar experience when I went to Villa Pancho in person: I placed my order, paid, then waited for about 20 minutes until one of the workers asked if I wanted to place an order. Not the tightest-run ship. And the food is adequate but nothing special.

Good stuff, I was actually a little surprised how tasty it was. Veggies, salsa, little things that sometimes aren't as good at other taquerias were very good here. I prefer a thicker horchata, but that's just my taste.

Ok! Under 15 minutes? Really???!!!! I never thought I'd be reviewing a places as TOO fast, but really! I thought I'd at least have a chance to take a quick shower! This place has me screaming! Delicious! Fast! Convenient! Don't change a thing Pancho Taqueria. It's not you, it's me! You're AWESOME!

Great new place in the neighborhood. We've ordered from them a few times so far and the food has been consistently great. Tonight they left a burrito out of our order from seamless and when we called, they were very apologetic and it was delivered within 5 minutes. Enjoyed the super nachos (YUM) while the delivery was corrected. Villa Pancho is our newest delivery spot and we'll definitely keep ordering.

I think these guys are solid. Their food is reliably good and hearty; their service is nice if not particularly fast. I'd have given them five stars if they could just get a little faster on deliveries (who has time to wait 45 mins for a burrito?) but they're a great addition to the neighborhood and it's great to see them thriving.

I order from this place multiple times a week and it usually takes 30 minutes or less for delivery. Food is always delicious! Seriously cannot get enough of this place.

Update: They have gotten my order wrong one too many times. The most recent time they gave me steak instead of chicken. It's too much of a pain to call and have them re-deliver something too. Probably won't order from here again. Earlier Review: Good food at a decent price, fast delivery and nice people. However, ordering can be a crap-shoot. They seem to have trouble with special requests, even simple ones. I always request they leave the lettuce off my orders. Warm, wilted iceberg lettuce is not my bag. They get it right about 50% of the time. Today, they apparently misread my request of "No Lettuce" as "PLEASE INSERT ALL THE LETTUCE IN THE WORLD INTO MY BURRITO, THANK YOU!!" Ick. Also, they have forgotten our sodas at least twice, though they always sent replacements when we pointed it out. Long story short: tasty food, good price, fast delivery -- but check your order before they leave, and if you're picky about them getting your food *just right* you'll be disappointed. Maybe they need to hire more people, or have an order-checker to oversee deliveries.

I adore this place. I order on a regular basis. Delivery can take a while so if you live near by and the weather permits, I would rec walking.

I ordered the Chicken Fajita Platter, the rice was awful, and the rest of the meal was average. I also ordered the Avocado salad and that was good, the red spicy dressing really hit the spot. Delivery guy was very nice.
