Waffle and Wolf

Restaurant just called and told me, i am too far to deliver. WTF. And they told me to call seamless if I want refnd. what kind of service is this? why be on seamless if you can not deliver.

I ordered from Waffle and Wolf. The estimate was 30-45 minutes. After 1 hour, I called and instead of explaining or apologizing, they told me they were cancelling my order because they had no delivery person. Questions: Why take seamless orders if you don't have a delivery person? Why didn't they call me when I placed the order and tell me instead of making me wait for nothing? Would they have done anything about this if I hadn't picked up the phone and called them? I do not know, and it is clear they do not know what they are doing. I will not ever order from this place again. A good example of how poorly managed a restaurant can be.

They handled our 13 person order perfectly- and when they forgot one of the drinks they volunteered to call seamless for us and get us the credit back! Plus, as a bonus the portions aren't huge, which is great in my opinion. I'd rather get better quality over quantity.

This was gross. Awesome concept but the Waffle sandwich arrived to my door soggy as hell. The "prosciutto" in my sandwich was not the thin slices I was expecting but great big hunks of salty meat that completely overpowered everything else. Salty meat wrapped in brown mush. Definitely not worth the $15 ($12 + delivery).

I've never written a review on here before but this time I had to... the food was a cold and soggy disgusting mess. Cheese was congealed... waffle was disintegrating. Wasn't worth $1 let alone the $16 i paid.

Foods ok, but when I received my order my reaction was...really...this is it? Not a lot for your money...no syrup included, which seems weird for waffles, and no sugar for the coffee. Disappointed.

Sooooo goood! You must try it! And try something adventurous. I'm 1/2 the way through the menu, and everything has been delicious. Update - They changed the menu recently, and it just keeps getting better! The chicken, salsa, and avocado is so delicious. My family has been going here at least one day during each weekend for the past two months. The wait can get high on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but it's worth every second!

There really isn't a bad waffle on their menu. They usually take about 30 minutes to deliver, which is great in my opinion. At first, I had to get used to the waffle being there, but now I can't stop ordering from them! The nutella and fruit with strawberry and banana I personally love! Also the dark chocolate and banana waffle is amazing if you really have a sweet tooth and want a desert. My boyfriend and I split one desert waffle and one dinner-like waffle some nights. It's a great combo. The spicy tomato jam I didn't think I would like that much, but it really surprised me and is delicious combo! Avocado and Bacon is a classic great one! If you haven't tried them, you should!
