I order from this place often. The burgers are good, the fries are good, the cracked kale is extremely greasy/salty and you won't want a lot of it. I'd say order the kale if you have four or more people. Otherwise, it's too much. There is definitely an issue with delivery. I'm not sure why they get the estimates so wildly wrong, but it might say 35-45 minutes on seamless when in reality it takes 75+ minutes. I called Whitman's to check on my order after waiting over an hour and they seemed to have no idea that those delivery estimates exist or how to change them.

The food is okay, but I really don't understand this place. If your emphasis is on slow food, local, organic, etc. and you charge the kind of premiums this place charges for that assurance of quality, why ruin it by offering an entirely unreliable delivery service? I'm sure there are enough residents of the East Village to keep this tiny storefront afloat without them turning to Seamless as a revenue stream. I say this because the first time I ordered from this place, my food arrived 40 minutes later than the HIGHER time estimate. And this time, I'm still waiting on my food an hour and twenty minutes after placing my order, when the top time estimate for delivery was 45 minutes. Inexcusable. Either get the delivery system worked out, or stop offering it and misleading your customers.

nice guys, but i waited over 45 minutes for my food and it came cold although they repeatedly told me that it wouldn't. nothing is more irritating that a soggy burger, especially when you're hungry and waited over an hour for it. perhaps they should consider getting a new delivery guy that doesn't take an 1+ hours come back to do his job. #beyondannoyed

Wow, what a surprise! Their Juicy Lucy and PB&B Burgers were delicious! Honestly what a surprise. The chips are just fair, I could take them or leave them but honestly these burgers were something different in all the right ways: great meaty flavor with distinctive toppings made for a winning combination.
