'Wichcraft (397 Greenwich)

'Wichcraft is well-known for it's quality service at it's retail locations, but delivery service left much to be desired. It took 3 hours for the delivery of a PB&J sandwich and a cookie. While store's operator was pleasant on the phone when I called to inquire about the delay, I never expected to have lunch at the near closing to the work day.

I've only ordered 2-3 times, but haven't had any problems with delivery. The warm sandwiches arrived warm and fresh. I came on today to order the frittata sandwich, but it has disappeared from the menu. :( I hope they bring it back so I can keep ordering from 'Wichcraft.

It consistently takes them 45min to deliver across the street at 388 Greenwich. It takes me 2 minutes to walk over in person. Extremely slow delivery.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and asked that the bread be toasted. It was, but the whole sandwich was a soggy mess. You could tell the ingredients were decent, but they didn't let the bread cool before making the sandwich. I also ordered the cheddar "breadsticks", which were very thin, greasy, and not worth the money or calories. Finally, there were a few complications with my order (e.g. I received 2 email confirmations both of which contained the wrong phone number for Wichcraft; I figured out the # and called and asked if my order was put through twice; and my receipt from Wichcraft stated a different amount of tax than what Seamlessweb said the tax was; so I had to call Wichcraft twice and the person who answered was curt, almost rude; and I also called Seamlessweb). I will not order from Wichcraft again - the food isn't worth the money, time, or calories.

I really love the food from 'Wichcraft but today I ordered the goat cheese sandwich and nearly cracked my tooth on a large piece of walnut shell. It was hard to enjoy my lunch after that. I expected more from restaurant owned by Tom Colicchio.

I think 'Wichcraft is consistently good. I order the onion frittata sandwich and it is always fresh and delicious. I don't know why this place has such a low rating.

It came in about 15 mins, and it was delicious. I got the fried egg sandwich and a cup of coffee. The mini side cup of milk was a nice touch. I'll definitely order from them again.

Came in about 15 minutes, was what I had ordered, was delicious. The cute thing too was that they gave the soy milk for my coffee in a separate little container, so I could use however much I wanted.

Excellent Pork, Chicken and Brisket Sandwiches: TASTY! Ham and Cheese has too many flavors fighting with each other, but a good attempt at something different. Overall, a VERY tasty food experience and great delivery service.

I've had the roasted red pepper frittata twice now and both times it was delicious and freshly made. the cinnamon roll was a little dry but tasty. Delivery takes a while (1+ hours both times) but the food was still warm when it arrived.

Rating the delivery right now. I ordered a simple soup/sandwich combo - the estimated the delivery time to be 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, I still have not only NOT received the food, but I have been on hold for over ten minutes with them now (have yet to speak to a human) in my attempt to call and see where my order is. Completely unacceptable.
