This is the first and last time I'll order from Wondee Siam V. I'd heard from a friend that it's the best Thai on the UWS, and I was studying at home so I decided to order. The food came and was the incorrect order and before I could catch the delivery guy, he was long gone. I called Wondee and they said they'd deliver the correct order and apologized. Then they called me back and then put ME on hold for 5 minutes before asking me to not eat the food I was given so they could do a switch. I was shocked. The food there is indeed great, but never, ever order delivery. Not worth the risk, IMHO.

Unlike their original place on 9th ave in midtown west, Wondee Siam V is no match to its competitor across the street. It's good food, but it's just OK. Nothing that special. The delivery was prompt and the food was fresh though. So it's not too bad a choice after all.

Wondee is consistently pretty good, but it's on the pricier side

This makes me sad because I used to much prefer Wondee Siam to Thai Kitchen across the street, but no longer. I got food poisoning from the pad thai chicken. The manager was nice about the situation, but I will definitely not be eating here any more. ;(

Wondee is quick and delicious. Try some of the chef's specials for some interesting new dishes (Ka Na Moo Grob is excellent).

Uggg. I was a huge fan of Wondee Siam, but I probably will avoid it now. Hubs and I ordered some food for a low key Valentines and both of ended up sick and hovering near the toilet. awesome way to spend Valentines day. ;(

Food took over an hour to come. The chef recommended pork was not edible. 100% grizzle. Save yourself. Order from anywhere but here.

This place used to be good...not really sure what happened. The food is always bland, lukewarm and the portions are tiny (especially for the price). Twice I ordered food that said it came with rice...when it arrived there was no rice so I called. They told me that the menu description was wrong...so why don't they fix their descriptions? 6.50 for a spoonful or Larb and NO rice? I don't think so...

Food was ok, the menu does not indicate which dishes are spicy. It took 1hr and 15 min for the delivery person to get here!

First time ordering here and am very happy with the outcome. Took less than 1/2 an hr to arrive. Really enjoyed my Panang curry -- the beef was okay but the curry and pineapples were delicious. My gf had the Pad See Ew and she thought it was mediocre - kind of salty & dry. I would order from again.

The orders were so small I had to send them back. In their defense, the restaurant didn't argue with me when I called and told them I wanted to return the food.

We only ordered from them since the quoted delivery time was 25-40 mins (while our favorites were all 45-60). It took nearly 90 mins for the order to arrive. The pineapple fried rice had no flavor of pineapple not was it fried rice. Our pad see ew with beef was bland an dry. We will certainly not make this mistake again even if the other thai restaurant options predict 2 days longer for delivery.

maybe it's better if you eat at the restaurant, but we found the takeout to be somewhat bland, and just not very good.
