Terrible responsiveness! Professionals out there, do NOT count on them if you are in a rush. I ordered way in advance to make sure that their delivery would not occur during a meeting I am chairing. Was in the process of cancelling my order since I had heard zilch from them, when I finally received a confirmation email (30 minutes after placing the order?). Now the delivery is late and will be delivered smack in the middle of my meeting I am running. Thanks a lot. Lesson learned....order hours in advance and call in to make sure they are actually coming.
