I like that they have a lunch special on weekends, food is good, just a little bit on the pricey side.

Absolutely love the cooked foods here! The shrimp wonton soup and ocean box are standards of the house. Their lunch deals are great. The sushi isn't my favorite though. It's not bad, but if I'm in the mood for sushi there are much better options.

Great Sushi, decent prices and fast delivery! Hell they are even one of the ultra rare sushi delivery places that gives you a little pan for your soy.

I had the Brook Trout and it was wonderful. I hope they stop serving endangered fish like Chilean sea bass, but other than that the food is fantastic.

My office always orders lunch from Yamato. The lunch specials are all good (we have tried all of them!) and arrive fresh and hot. They are great with notes on online ordering (leaving off the sauce, requesting more veggies and no rice) which helps me keep on my diet :)

I have been eating from Yamato for years. It is consistently fresh and delicious, and is more than the average sushi spot. The miso eggplant appetizer and the White River and Millenium Rolls are a favorite. The kitchen entrees are great too. High quality food and a nice portion. It is in my top 3 for Japanese in Park Slope. Always yummy and delivery is usually lightening fast.

I hate to say it, but this food was kind of awful. I had a summer roll that had shell pieces in it. And the chicken shumai was incredibly fatty and chewy. The sushi was fine though. Average.
