This is diner food. Pure and simple. I have never had a problem with delivery. Is it the BEST diner food? No. But at midnight and beyond are you really complaining at a place that will deliver?

These people steal. You place orders and they never bring your delivery and feel no sense of customer service or personal responsibility to right the situation or refund your money.

Pretty unhappy with our order. Delivery took an hour so our food was soggy and cold. Fries came unsalted. Milkshake was totally melted and undersized for the price. Honey mustard wrap was more unripe tomatoes than chicken. Soda came flat.

The food is excellent but they are RUDE! I usually include a tip but since I knew I had cash, I left the tip blank. I received a call from the Z7 asking if I planned to tip because " they don't deliver for nothing". Yes, they work for WHAT YOU PAY THEM. I hate when they demand tips. If the service is acceptable, then I always do but don't assume that I HAVE to. If it's an issue, raise the price of the food.

This place is yummy and fast. I've been stuck at home for about 5 days and I've ordered from Z7 several times b/c I can't get out. Everything has been very good and filling and it's arrived to my house in much less time than estimated. Five stars for diner food!

Burger was fine, served on a hard roll instead of a hamburger bun. Properly cooked medium as specified. Fries soggy and overly greasy, but hey what'dya expect, they were hot and edible, & w/ a low minimum, I'll order again
