Zaitzeff

Zaitzeff makes absolutely fantastic hamburgers and fries. As good as the food is, the service is even better. They forgot my fries one night and immediately sent someone to deliver them after I called to point that out. I'm going to keep ordering from Zaitzeff!

I've ordered from here three times and would have rated Zaitzeff differently each time (2, 3, and 5 stars) so I'm going ahead with a 4 as my final verdict! The first time I got a BLT and it was pretty awful. Bacon wasn't good which pretty much killed the whole sandwich; the only redeeming quality was the bread it was served on. Probably my mistake ordering such a basic dish. The second time I got a regular burger and it was pretty good. Quite cold when it arrived but that's to be expected. The third time I got the sliders and those hit it out of the park. The onions and cheese on the sliders combined with Zaitzeff's great bread make these the tastiest little bites. There were three sliders in the order and though I was pretty hungry I was fully satisfied with them. My friend has ordered the turkey burger and the chicken sandwich and said that they were both delicious. We weren't crazy about the sweet potato fries, but the regular fries are amazing. Overall I am pleased with Zaitzeff (now that I've found my go to order!) and will be ordering again in the future.

Zaitzeff's burgers are outstanding. We love getting delicious kobe burgers delivered to our apartment! The burgers and fries travel surprisingly well, with nothing arriving soggy.

We were looking for something new in delivery since we've ordered from nearly every other restaurant in the area by now and only have a few repeat favorites that get boring after a while. Anyway, we were very very pleased with Zaitzeff and plan to add it to our list of faves! The food was excellent, still hot and delivered as ordered. Plus the wait was fine -- typical of most deliveries. Our only suggestion is to skip the bland french fries and get the sweet potato fries instead, which were top notch! (Organic Chicken Sandwich & fries and Kobe Beef Burger with cheese and sweet potato fries).

Burger was very good, however the delivery guy tried to pull a fast one telling my receptionist the tip is not included, he has tried this before as others have ordered here as well. I also ordered regular fries, but got the mixed one ( with sweet potatos ). Not earth shattering, but just a screw up. Last time I use them due to the delivery guy. I'll stick with Grotto for good eats down here.

This place is TERRIBLE. Waste of my $25! I ordered the chicken sandwich that came not just soggy, but the bottom side of the bread was sopping wet, mush. The chicken was tough to bite into, yet seemed undercooked. The sweet potato fries were just thrown sloppily into a brown paper bag and they were cold, dry and didn't taste fresh. I'm surprised at all the great reviews but this place is a ripoff. I basically just ate the avocado and threw the rest away.

Best veggie burger in town and the fries (idaho or sweet) are delish!!! Hubby also raves about the Kobe burger. While they don't have a huge menu (apps) what they make is insanely good and don't fret about the bun...its a bun and very tasty.

Sorry, but delivery was not good. Took way too long, they even called and had no clue, even after explaining it. I mean, please look up the address if any issues.

Mmmm burgers. I love these burgers and am thrilled that they deliver up to me. I've eaten at the small cosy restaurant, and didn't stop craving the juicy burgers. I've had consistent delivery and good food. I'm a fan.

Highly recommended. Best burger downtown hands down. Breakfast sandwiches are great too, not sure why they're not on the seamless menu. Met the owner one day and she gave me a cookie. Explained how organic and NY based all the ingredients are. Great place

It has been two hours. They had "a new delivery guy" who couldn't find my apartment and thought it was a closed store. They offered to send out a fresh order so let us hope I actually get it. I could have ordered from somewhere else by now.
