Food is overall good quality and fresh but this restaurant is not setup for delivery. Based on all my deliveries the packaging is extremely poor, plastic knives and forks are cheap, same for napkins, condiments are not always inside and dressing for salad is half portion what it should be.

Pricey, but worth it. I never have it delivered. It is almost always ready when I go for pick up. If it's busy you might have to wait a little bit. Everything is delicious--salads, sandwiches, and fries. Large portions.

ORDER CAME IN THREE SEPARATE deliveries. I purposed tipped more so that they would deliver fast. That was not the case. The delivery guy asked me why didn't i just come to the store for a big order? I order for my team and we all work late, THATS why we order. Definitely don't recommend for delivery, food was cold, delivery guy was rude, and I was put on hold when I called for 8 minutes. What is going on at this place, definitely order from somewhere else.

Be careful when ordering salad or sandwiches with grilled chicken the chicken seems old and dry. I guess if your ordering entree meals maybe they're freshly made.

I don't know who is sharing their Caprese shareable. Its barely big enough for one person. 3-4 TINY slices of cheese (smallest sizes I've ever seen) and the same for the tomato. HORRIBLE!

I was actually pretty disappointed. The wait time was 44 minutes, I know this is only 4 minutes beyond the promise time but most of the other seamless restaurants I have ordered from arrive within the 1st 25 minutes, so I was surprised of how long it took. Then when I opened my lunch it was leaking sauce, it was a MESS and the only napkin in the bag was the one that came in the little plastic packet with the inferior plastic wear. I had ordered chicken and was unable to cut it with the flimsy knife and fork. The pasta was over cooked and was drowning in all the sauce. My lunch was a complete disappointment, maybe this place is better if you go in but I would NOT recommend it for lunch deliveries.

Last three times I've ordered from here, my orders have been over an hour late and cold, or they've lost my order or they've forgotten something. Just terrible.
