Disappointing service: $21 California pizza arrived squashed (no pizza saver ring) so that the toppings/cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Called store and manager would not provide any credit (even partial) for the current order. Manager offered $5 off on next order, but the receipt already gave me $5 off on next purchase over $20. Manager then told me that the two $5 offers couldn't be combined on the same order.

I think that in the realm of delivery pizza, Zpizza is certainly in the top bracket. It is certainly not the best pizza I have ever had, but it uses high quality ingredients and they have a pretty good technique. I will say that the last time we ordered, they did not make the calzone we ordered to the specifications chosen, so that was disappointing. Nonetheless, it is a solid seamless web option.
