The food is delicious and they usually get the order just right, but it is never hot when I get it. I don't live far, so I can't figure out why this is happening.

The food is excellent, but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told the food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. 1 hr later, the delivery man double rings my doorbell and knocks all within a second of each other. When I open the door, he practically shoves the food into my hands and jets off to catch the elevator. I'm regretting the fact that I put the tip on the order when I checked out, because he definitely did not deserve much of a tip for that delivery.

The tofu triangles (described as fried crispy tofu with chili peanut sauce) was a complete disappointment. I expected real/fresh tofu. I got dried tofu like what you get at Japanese restaurants. It was probably just dumped in oil for about a minute and delivered as part of the meal. NOT crispy, NOT fulfilling, not even tofu!! Felt like I was chewing cardboard, seriously. Don't get it.
Also ordered the pineapple curry with salmon. He salmon was good but I had requested mild curry, and this was absolutely NOT mild. It may even have been one of the most spicy dishes I've ever had. Otherwise, the flavors were good.
Ordered the chicken curry fried rice...truly nothing special. The curry gave the rice color, but the rice itself lacked flavor and the chicken was forgettable. Not worth $10.
Will probably not order from them again given the mediocre quality for the high prices. And yes, still disappointed about the tofu, completely lack of effort on their part

I've been ordering regularly from Sri Thai since I moved to Hoboken 6 years ago, and I can honestly say they have the best Thai food in town. Now that they are on Seamless, I'm sure i'll be ordering from them a lot more... oh... and dinner showed up in 20 mins!!!
