Guilt-free, great tasting food. I always order from here when I want to feel good about what I'm eating. I almost always end up getting the Arizona guiltless entree because its really filling, but I have also tried the meatball parm wrap and I highly recommend either. I almost always get a side of their cucumber salad, too, because its also a filling and hydrating option. I've had the pasta salad and its pretty decent, but I probably wouldn't get it again given their other, healthier options. Cancun wrap was a little on the dry side (get extra sauce or sour cream and its perfect). Delivery to Grove Street area with a half an hour (estimate is half an hour to 45 minutes) so overall really pleased!

I reserve the right to augment this rating after future experiences.
I ordered my food at about 6:15. Vatan has a slightly steeper order minimum than most places...but I was excited to try it and figured I could just pack leftovers for my lunch the next day and be THAT guy that ruins the fridge for 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their 20% off promotion was actually applied after meeting the minimum...so I end up spending like 23 dollars instead of the minimum, in retrospect I'm not sure how that math worked out.
So I waited for about an hour and heard nothing. I gave it another 15 minutes and was about to contact the restaurant when I received a call from the driver saying he had been in a fender-bender. He advised me to call the restaurant, which I did. They were confused and needed to contact the driver. This whole process took another hour. Ultimately, the lady at Vatan called and asked if I had received my food. Somewhere along the way...everyone lost track of where my food should have been and at 9pm, I was feasting on shattered dreams.
The lady at Vatan then advised me to contact Seamless about cancelling the order...saying that Seamless was unlikely to cancel it if she called. Sounds fishy, but fair. I called Seamless...that took another hour. By 11pm I had my money refunded but my dinner consisted of some deli turkey and a jello cup.
Pro's:
-The lady at Vatan, while not entirely helpful, was very nice and I did feel like she was trying to help
-Vatan's 20% off promotion and delivery minimum made an otherwise unapproachable menu seem very feasible.
-Cherry Jello is amazing
Cons:
-I have still never tried Vatan's food.
-I spent a grand total of 5 hours negotiating the logistics of not eating dinner.
My advice to potential customers is to be very proactive with this restaurant. If your food isn't there in a timely fashion, call and make sure they can give you a timeline.
