I ordered buffalo wings and margherita pizza. the wings were not very good, the pizza was ok. the rating was so crazy, either five stars or just one, I decided to try and I would say the meal was fine, well, average

dont let the past bad reviews mislead you! there was a not so great delivery guy sometimes during the winter. i live two blocks away and had to wait OVER AN HOUR for my food- after a couple of phone calls and waiting 1:15, i walked on over. now, let me just say, i'm not that lazy, i work retail and am on my feel all day- sometimes doing 12 hour days. this day it was snowing. i just wanted to turn into a puddle and consume a pizza pie! anyway, i walked over to place and the people working were ALL so accommodating! the service was excellent, and the food was, as always, out of this world!
it really is a great place with a great, accommodating staff, and DELICIOUS FOOD!

Good. Delivery was a little slow which I wouldn't mind if it said it would take an hour but that's the only reason I give it 4 over 5. Food is good and hot on delivery!

The pizza is always freshly made and quickly delivered. I love the balance of the sauce, the crust is neither thick or thin, there is the right amount of cheese...it is simply perfect!!

The food is so good at Buon Appetito, that they can take as much time as they need to get it to me. I order from them all the time, probably once a week or more (almost embarrassed to admit, but they really do have some good, healthy options that make it possible to do so without becoming obese). Have done this consistently for over a year. Never even once disappointed with my food. Guys that work there are nice if you go in person, and they treat you the way you treat them. Highly reccomend

Pizza is always tasty but it's been becoming soggy on delivery. I asked for pep, sausage & mushroom toppings (mushrooms release water) and special asked in comments for extra time in oven to make crust crispy. Instead, doughy crust and watery pie which I am toasting in oven now to dry-up. I prefer Napolis over any other za in town, but it's getting sloppy.

Pizza was greasy and full of the sleep-inducing satisfaction that I was looking to ingest. It arrived reasonably quickly and was hot when I got it. I also ordered wings, which were fine.
Overall the food was as good as expected. It wasn't a mind-blowing italian experience...but I also got out of it with a reasonably priced pizza that hit the spot. I'll order from them again.
