I love this place, or I should say, I did love this place. When I first discovered them they were great: good food, quick delivery, friendly delivery guys. Then, the past three times I've ordered from them it's been awful. An hour or much more passed -- long enough that I almost forgot I hadn't eaten -- then I called and they said my order was on the way. When I pressed them as to whether it was actually on the way, they'd say "oh, actually it'll be 20 more minutes before it leaves the building." Needless to say, the third time this happened, I was quite upset. I called Seamless, who cancelled my order. I also asked for the manager to call me. He did, he apologized and offered to comp my meal. I agreed, because again, I love their food!
So here's the long and short of it: This place makes great food and CAN deliver it quickly and with a smile. Will they do that for you? I hope so. I really do. If they get their act together, I'll continue to be a customer. If not, I'll have to go elsewhere.
