I've now ordered from them a couple times... I only order Mexican food from them, so I can't speak to everyone else.
My food was delivered right around the time estimated (and I work in a Westwood High Rise with Security). The food was warm - almost hot - perfect for eating. The tacos are tasty, the meat is fresh tasting. The rice is pretty good, could use some love though. The beans make me feel like I'm home.
I will definitely continue to order from them... In fact... I've got some tacos to order.

Really great but simple tacos. Salsa sides were very good and tortilla tasted home made. Nachos were a little soggy and they should add more ingredients but the chips and cheese were great once we added some salsa. Casadilla was also wonderful as was guacamole. Wish they had a bit more complexity in ingredients, overall great and will order again!

This place is right in the heart of the Wholesale Flower District in DTLA. People were friendly & place was busy but could use some face lift. My order was grilled fish (tilapia) which came with rice, beans & some wonderful handmade corn tortillas. I also ordered a bean & cheese popusa. The serving sizes were good but I didn’t like too much how the food tasted.

My food, drinks & utensils were ready when I got to this nice small restaurant. I ordered Shrimp & chicken fajitas which came with a side of guacamole/salsa, rice & beans & of course some corn tortillas. Food was yummy, portion was very good, lady was friendly & place was clean. It was a little hard to find because it was inside of the corner building but I recommend this place.

I had heard lots of great things about the Kalbi Burrito and it was delicious, but not as great as I wanted it to be. The beef was fatty and there were huge clumps in the burrito so I would pull half of it out when taking a bite. Guess my teeth are not strong enough, but if they cut it in pieces would have been fine. Guacamole was gross, looked like fake avocados that were blended too long. Best thing about the meal was the chips which were crunchy, but there have to be a lot of other options before this one.

Really yummy Mexican food, haven't tried the Italian stuff so I can't opine on it yet. The only drawback I found so far was a long delivery wait, but considering the low prices this place is a gem!

I ordered the Family Special which included 2 salads, two chicken dinners with fries, an extra large two topping pizza, and a 2 liter bottle of soda. What a great value and a LOT of food! The toppings on the pizza (Italian sausage and meatball) were very good, fresh and abundant. However, the pizza itself had very little cheese and barely any sauce which made it quite dry. Although it was a great deal, and a pretty good pizza still, it was definitely not what I was hoping for. The fried chicken that also came with the meal was actually quite good, and had a good flavor and consistency overall. The menu at Pantry's Pizza is VERY extensive, in fact they serve breakfast, sandwiches and even Mexican food! I would try this restaurant again, but would probably change my order instead of having pizza next time.
