I've now ordered from them a couple times... I only order Mexican food from them, so I can't speak to everyone else. My food was delivered right around the time estimated (and I work in a Westwood High Rise with Security). The food was warm - almost hot - perfect for eating. The tacos are tasty, the meat is fresh tasting. The rice is pretty good, could use some love though. The beans make me feel like I'm home. I will definitely continue to order from them... In fact... I've got some tacos to order.

I love this place, or I should say, I did love this place. When I first discovered them they were great: good food, quick delivery, friendly delivery guys. Then, the past three times I've ordered from them it's been awful. An hour or much more passed -- long enough that I almost forgot I hadn't eaten -- then I called and they said my order was on the way. When I pressed them as to whether it was actually on the way, they'd say "oh, actually it'll be 20 more minutes before it leaves the building." Needless to say, the third time this happened, I was quite upset. I called Seamless, who cancelled my order. I also asked for the manager to call me. He did, he apologized and offered to comp my meal. I agreed, because again, I love their food! So here's the long and short of it: This place makes great food and CAN deliver it quickly and with a smile. Will they do that for you? I hope so. I really do. If they get their act together, I'll continue to be a customer. If not, I'll have to go elsewhere.

ordered a kraut dog (hot dog with sauerkraut and deli-style mustard) with a side of fries, and my friend got the stand dog (plain hot dog) with ketchup, mustard, and onions, and a salad. the order was ready for us when we got there. dogs were still piping hot, but the fries weren't. probably more my fault for taking longer to get there than i planned. still, everything was tasty. honestly, i've never had a bad food experience at the stand. they keep it simple, serve it up fast, and the food tastes good. and, i might add, the staff has always been fantastic. they've got free self-serve pickle slices, which is nice, and a self-serve, free-refill fountain soda setup. the place itself is clean and bright, and there's a good amount of seating inside and out, and several flat-screens showing espn. they've got a big selection of bottled sodas, too, and they serve beer and wine as well, including a couple of their own brews. i would (and will) absolutely eat here again. it can get pretty busy during the lunch rush, so keep that in mind. also--and this is important--they apparently don't take pickup/delivery orders during the lunch rush. the earliest you can order on seamless is for 2pm. i didn't know this, so i placed my order (around 12:30), and then called, and they said they'd make it right away for me. but good to know that you can't just order on seamless at lunch time.
