Food was great! Had NO problem with delivery time. Seamless time said 45-60min.. food actually arrived within 30 minutes. Never had a problem ordering from Atomic. Great wings and even better Waffle Fries! Teriyaki wings are on point!

I had some initial problems with this place when it came to receiving my order. But once those were smoothed out I now look forward to ordering from them. Their food is quite good and service has become acceptable.

Taste wise it is 5 stars. The BBQ sauce is great. But delivery FAILS every time. You always get 10-25% less meat than ordered. If you have a good BBQ alternative near you - use that.

I ordered their honey bbq chicken tenders and herb mashed potatoes. The tenders were a bit soggy but the favors were good. Delivery time was as expected. Overall, the food and delivery service was good. I would order again, but I wouldn't order their tenders since they were not crispy.

I've ordered several times from this restaurant and generally have been satisfied. (not too many good BBQ places in NYC!). This last time, I ordered a full rack of ribs. One half the rack was very good and the other half was inedible. It was around 11:30 am and they were so dry I thought perhaps they were heated up from the night before. The waffle fries, which usually come hot, were not and were also dried out and in some cases hard. Very disappointed.

Really a 3.5 star review. Decent but not so spectacular BBQ. The pulled pork (both platter and especially burger) are good. Ribs I got in a 3 meat platter were practically mummified (read: bad), and the waffle fries are okay but never as crispy as I expect them to be. timewise, I always show up within 10-15 minutes and my order has been ready already. (for estimated times of 10-15)

TR&G is a weekly staple in our ordering from Seamless. The food is kicking and to die for...always fresh, always hot and always quick. There has never been an issue with delivery, service or the food. Needless to say, we order from here 4-5 times a week. We have tried a lot of BBQ places and can honestly say we have found this hidden gem in the heart of the FiDi to be THE. BEST. BBQ. IN. NYC. That's all we have to say. Actually, there's more. You get the value for your buck with this place--big portions, flavor to the bone and did I mention quick? I did..and I will do it again. If my stomach is grumblin' then I know the staff at TR&G will be here in a flash with their signature cornbread muffins and extra dollops of BBQ sauce. If they went public, I'd buy stock. I have to go now---and order again. Thank you guys at TR&G--you're a true shining spot in the area.
