The food wasn't bad but the major highlight is how fast the food gets to you these guys take speed seriously so if you need something quick theses guys are the way to go..............Also if you're stoned.

My new favorite restaurant in NYC! Everything on the menu is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Order out because the food is to die for, or dine in because the atmosphere and design of the restaurant is unique and a perfect combination of classy and casual.

I'm adding one more star because I can at least coax the guy to come to my floor now (still not my actual office though). But come on, people. It's delivery. Delivery means YOU come to ME.
The food was edible but the delivery guy couldn't be bothered to come to my Columbia building. He instead asked that I walk half a long block to meet him. I refused and he finally deigned to come as far as the front door (I am on the fourth floor). If I wanted to go get take-out for lunch I wouldn't be tipping (in advance) for delivery.

I love Silver Spurs. Delivery is always quick and within promised window. Food is great for diner food and they make the best fries. Their fries even when delivered are always crunchy and have a great crunch coating too. Their shakes could be better, but overall even those are good especially their malted shakes. Highly recommend their quesadillas also as we'll as their chicken fingers. Great turkey burgers also. Just really good American diner food.

Just ordered from this place for the 2nd time. It's in danger of becoming a guilty pleasure. They've done a nice job of concocting some good flavors/breading/glazing combos.
Considering the cost of staying financially viable as an Manhattan eatery, I'd say the prices are fair, and there are no other options in this category.
I do agree with reviewer Brian L that the sauce containers should be completely filled. The sauce containers are 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) and they put about 2-2.5 tablpoons worth of suace in them, good for dipping about 2 of their chicken fingers at best.
And as far as Jonathan Y's hilarious review, I agree, the General Tso description is moderately offensive, though his comment about the delivery guys is equally offensive. The person who delivered my two past orders was courteous (and not unattractive, which is rare for a delivery person), so no complaints here.

Food was tasty and delivery was quick. They use this "American Bachamel" cheese on everything, its not bad but probably would prefer cheddar or a better cheese. Besides that, enjoyed all the dishes ordered.

Holy crap the portions are HUGE!!! The Retor Burger was delicious and the buffalo tots were enough to feed a small group. Prices are very reasonable for the portions and the delivery came right on time. Order from them with confidence. I will add American Retro to my work lunch rotation.
