Food arrived on time. Cheesesteak, Steak Special w/ Fried onions, Broccoli Rabe and mushrooms, Mozzarella Triangles, Onion Rings, and Buffalo Wings ordered were all still warm upon delivery and all tasted great. Happy Shorty's is in FiDi now. Can't wait to try more things on their menu.

Food was great, but delivery time was twice the estimated time! I had to call them twice to see where our food was.....not very happy, but at least I have food in my stomach now

The cheesesteak sandwich is pretty decent but not exceptional. The italian fries and the chili cheese fries are really good. Nachos are nice and rich. Delivery is usually fast.

I ordered just a cheese-steak sandwich last night with everything on it.
It came very fast. When I got it, it was a mix-up, a plain cheese-steak with just mushrooms.
That is fine, mistakes happen, especially on a Friday night when I am sure they are slammed. I called just to let them know and they sent the right one out to my door in 15/20 minutes and let me keep the old one.
Great business practice.
Good food
In the past I have had the Waffle Fries and onion rings. Just fantastic.

Food is awesome, a little small but really, really good philly cheesesteak and great delivery during lunch. Never been disappointed- they've never messed up an order or been late.

Who could ever hate delicious, made-to-order Philly cheesesteaks. Their fries and onion rings are always crisp, even late not. They're open late and the food doesn't suffer from it at all like some other places where late night food is just leftover from earlier. They make everything fresh and its clear by the quality.

Cheesesteak was very good, I asked for everything to be diced together and they followed instruction. The sicilian pizza was tasty enough but they skimped a bit on the cheese.
