The pizzas are amazing! Supreme Chicken Pizza is the best! Ordered their pizzas for office lunch, everyone loved it. And their service is fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Super fast delivery and amazing food for amazing prices! Lamb gyro was excellent with spicy mayo and oregano fries. This will be a regular place for me now!

Food is great. Delivery is generally fast. I wish they would lower their delivery minimum to a more reasonable level ($10 / $15). EDIT: My most recent order was somewhat disappointing as they failed to include some ordered items. I called and they were apologetic and accommodating, but I don't know how inclined I am to order from them in the future...

  • Snack Taverna (Bedford St. & Morton St.)

Not authentic Greek food. There is no way the chef at this place is Greek. I think the chef puts wierd twists on the food like The lamb youvetsi had mushrooms and a lot of cinnamon and the meatballs and gigantes beans had the same sort of Italian style sauce on them (not the way the Greeks make these dishes/sauces). Anyway, just want to say to Snack, sometimes less is more. Stop overdosing on cinnamon and spices and adding extra things to a traditional dish. It just kills it. I'm giving it 3 stars though because the food is not so bad and maybe for people that don't know what the food is supposed to taste like the menu is good. For me though that I am Greek it just didnt do it for me. Pylos is one of the few restaurants in nyc that has the Greek menu ON POINT. If anyone wants to have authentic Greek food go there!

  • Dafni Greek Taverna (W 42nd St. between 8th Ave. & 9th Ave.)

Everything was tasty (Pikilia with roasted potatoes, Gyro sandwich and Greek fries) and delivery was fast. No complaints, will definitely be ordering from Dafni again. Updated: My wife ordered the souvalki and it was unfortunately so greasy and oily that she found it inedible and had to throw it all away.

We were in the mood for some greek food that was cheap, we ordered the gyro sandwich and the medditeranean combo sandwich and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh, delivery was fast, and it was under 15 bucks for two people. Best cheap greek place in the area. Totally worth it.

I wanted to order several times before writing a review because I thought it was impossible for this food to be so consistently DELICIOUS! Well, they proved me wrong. This is my fourth time ordering and I think the food is getting even tastier, if that is even possible! - Chicken Souvlaki - BEST EVER! I have eaten at many authentic Greek restaurants and festivals where harcore Greeks make the food. Nothing compares to this. The chicken is juicy, char-grilled perfection. Top the tasty pita off with fresh, crispy salad, onions, tomatoes, and a delicious tzatziki sauce and you have one mouth watering pita sandwich. It arrives warm and is so delicious! Portion is great and a completely fair price. My new favorite lunch! - Hummus - I NEVER really eat hummus, but was in a weird mood and decided to give it a try. Oh my.....please give me more. It tastes so GOOD!! I am literally ADDICTED. It doesn't look like other hummus dishes I have seen. It is creamy with a nice blend of spices. Dip it with the pita bread and it is just amazing. I have to order it each time and even bring extra orders home to family. They agree that this is the best hummus they have ever had! Great portion at another fair price. -Pita bread - Slightly chewy, slighly grilled, just yummy. THE BEST! Arrives warm and one is never enough. Order an extra one, especially for the hummus. You will thank me later. -Delivery - Well 3 out of 4 times the food arrived in 25-35 mins, which was less than the stated delivery window. A+! One time, not so great. Window stated 45-60 mins and it arrived nearly two hours later. I was not a happy camper, but the food still arrived warm and fresh. After one bite, I was in food heaven and forgot about the wait. Still, it's not acceptable. Maybe they were busy or just forgot my order until I called to ask. Either way, they get a pass for that one. The food is just too good. You will not be dissapointed. Order here today!!
