These salads are great but I hate going in to the store because it's always a zoo. (I've been going to this store since 2005). So the idea of ordering is great. But honestly, these reviews are accurate. If you order anytime between noon and 2 it takes about an hour and a half to arrive. The portions do seem smaller than when you go in, and the salads are over dressed, under dressed, or the dressing isn't mixed in. Sometimes it's the wrong dressing, or extra things wind up in the classic salads (for example, an Asian dressing on a Santa Fe salad, or olives in a Po Boy, is unpalatable). They are rarely chopped well and I have also gotten full avocado halves. There also seems to be less of the premium/protein choppings when you order online. They frequently forget to include bread, forks, and napkins. Almost every time I order I wind up having to call them about something.
To their credit, when I have called about these mistakes (and sometimes I just don't think it's worth it) they are pretty good about correcting them, but then it takes at least another half an hour before another salad is delivered.
Better to deal with the lines in store.

Excellent samosas, seriously the best I've found so far. They are an absolute must! The garlic naan was also delicious, and they give you a nice variety of dips, all of which are very flavorful. The customer service is incredible as well, and I received a phone call with an offer of a replacement meal when my first review was less than charitable. I've never had anyone take the time to do that! Just for that, 5 stars!

Just the best vegan fare in Manhattan. Until I found this place, I spent my weekends cooking for lunch. The meatball hero, onion rings, burger...everything is great. I just hope and pray it's real vegan food. Love it, love it, love it. Order an hour before you plan to eat as wait time is extreme.

I love the red and brown rice! Crunchy, tasty and filling! The eggplant was still hot and tasty! I just love Zen Palate food. I have had items from the menu and this is one of the best vegetarian restaurants so far. I have ordered all my lunch at least three times per week from this restaurant! I give it top rating!

I recently discovered this spot, and I'm so glad I did. The sandwiches are delicious! My favorite is the (B)LT. Delivery usually speedy. Great for vegetarians but delicious enough for non-vegetarians.

Gobo is the perfect healthy alternative to Chinese take-out. As a newly converted vegetarian, this is my go-to spot for lunch delivery. Everything I have ordered is fresh, delicious and usually delivered well within the time that is is quoted when I order. The Spiced Bean Curd & Pepper Stir-Fry Bento is my fav!

Extremely slow service. Food consistently takes more than an hour to deliver (inside Manhattan). Arrives cold. Special requests are usually ignored. Calling the restaurant does not help - they just tell you "it will be there any minute" and then it's still another 20 minutes or so. I love Baluchi's food but the service via Seamless has been terrible lately.
