I know there are a lot of complaints about delivery but, if I may, I'd like to share a little observation. You see, whenever a delivery arrives, my 4 pound chihuahua races at maniac speeds to catch up with my order as I carry it into my room, and mostly by dashing through the hall, past the door and jumping in the split second that measures her nose to her tail, up onto the wing-back chair so taht she can make it succesfully onto the still higher bed, where I admit I enjoy noshing all my weekend treats despite having so much work to do on my laptop. It's part of a two-step process for her mostly. First arm-chair and then the bed...and voila, FOOD. I mostly watch to see if she'll actually make it - because 2 out of every 15 race-to-leaps-to-communal dishtime, she actually misses. It sounds like a thud. But it feels a lot worse...kind of like opening the bag and finding fried onions or soemthing equally hideous that dogs simply cannot eat. But happily, 13/15 times, she is my favorite little Mexican princess, barking her little "arribaaa-arriba-oh-God-Mummy-got-me-gonna-steal-dem-tortillas!!" The reason I am sharing this little story is because I noticed the same statistic with the arrival and delivery of orders from just about every restuarant on Seamless. You got your 2 hueves out of 15 and you got your 13 happy grandes. The only difference is there are very few that will very graciously offer to fix a problem with hte order the way that Zeytuna's management does ona consistent basis, if there is ANY order that was not 100%. And I can't help but remark that that TOO is just too coincidental with the same enthusiasm as my precious little chips-monster will happily try again whenever the two-step leap calls for a re-repeat ...right away, immediately! Right , Delilah? She says: "Woof and Sangrias, kid. Gimme more fries." :))

What a really fantastic addition to the neighborhood. I've lived close to this place for almost 15 years and have never had anything in the neighborhood that compares. Great prices, friendly staff, quick service and quality products. I've never been disappointed or waited longer than 20 minutes for a delivery. Non-Food related bonus: Owner is awesome! He's friendly, invites critical feedback and is always looking for room to improve.

I just finished scarfing down a build your own salad from Amish Market. It was delish and exactly what I ordered (all the toppings, dressing in a generous portion on the side, etc.). Also, I also requested a significant amount of toppings and they actually listened! My salad was full of avocado, cheese, tomato, almonds, etc. I've been disappointed so many times by the amount of attention to detail but these guys nailed it. I also encourage anyone in the TriBeCa area to stop in and check out their homemade pasta/potato/chicken/tomato/vegetable salads because those are delish as well. Delivery was quick too - they brought it all the way into my building and to my section - very nice experience. I will do it again!
