have ordered for years both by & Seamless. Fresh, clean tasting food and really fast delivery. Wish I could view on Seamless the daily specials. I have to call & this sometimes makes ordering a two step process.

The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious! Ordered the Friday specials, an order of Shrimp Fra Diavlo and an order of Shrimp Scampi. Also ordered two of the chicken rolls which were light and tasty. The sauce for the Fra Diavlo was savory and not overly hot. The Scampi was good, would have prefered it not to have cheese added to the dish but otherwirse okay. Overall I was really satisfied with our order and I can see this becoming a family favorite.

No question, the value for your money is there every time. Food is delivered hot, on time, and the portions are generous. The special tonight was soft shell crab, served with risotto....delicious. I've also had the "Mamma Mia," rigatoni with veal and sausage in tomato sauce....real comfort food. I've ordered from both of Gigino's restaurants and they pay serious attention to detail! It's really good!

Pizza Shack is a true Italian food gem! The food is top notch and the service is excellent to match. Everything is cooked to order and you definitely can feel the traditional preparation here. They truly shine and are my favorite neighborhood restaurant!

Georgio's has possibly the best inexpensive Italian in the Financial District. Delivery is always quick. Love the eggplant parm, pasta dishes, and cannoli ... However, maybe order pizza somewhere else.

I've eaten at Harry's Italian (delivery, pick-up, and dine-in) many times. It's also a regular Happy Hour location for us. Old Fashioned Square Pizza = excellent. Spaghetti with garlic and oil = very good. Orecchiette Rabe & Sausage = very good. Linguine with Mussels = very good. Their meatballs, sausage, and the sides of Focaccia bread are very good as well. My only complaint is that their delivery service (especially the follow-up customer service) is very bad when they are busy. If you are within walking distance, I strongly recommend ordering for PICK-UP ONLY. If you’re going to do delivery, place your order no later than 11:30am for lunch or you will wait 80 minutes for cold food which can ruin the entire experience.

I have to believe some writing the negative reviews here are trying to torpedo this amazing restaurant for unknown reasons... but who knows. Seems a little bizarre, because I can't believe the more negative reviews were written by people who actually ordered food from Acqua, because they seem to be describing a different place. The fact is, yes, occasionally they are slow in delivering. But this is truly, without exaggeration, some of the best Italian food you can find in Lower Manhattan. I live around the corner and order both through Seamless while also occasionally going there. It's really great food. I've had maybe one experience in which they took too long to deliver... every other time (at least 10) the food has arrived in reasonable time and it is always great. Yes, always.
