good quality food, and you cannot beat the pre-fixe lunch and dinner specials. however, with delivery, they almost always forget to include something you ordered in your bag. when you call to tell them, they usually doubt you, and then tell you that they don't have any delivery people available to bring the missing item to you. therefore, when you finally get all of the food you ordered, it is two or three hours later. to make matters worse, they are not apologetic about it at all. if you order, just hope that they pack your bag correctly!

I regularly order food from here and love their Food and service. Food is really tasty and always fresh. My favorite is Lamb and chicken gyro. Their rice stand out from other Turkish places, aromatic and tasty.
Prices are modest and delivery service is quick. I will highly recommend this Place.

Pita Press is the place to go when you want to feel good about what you eat and still feel like you are treating yourself. The salads are always fresh and the delivery quick. The fritters with feta are the best I have eaten.

Everything was tasty (Pikilia with roasted potatoes, Gyro sandwich and Greek fries) and delivery was fast. No complaints, will definitely be ordering from Dafni again.
Updated: My wife ordered the souvalki and it was unfortunately so greasy and oily that she found it inedible and had to throw it all away.

This place has potential. I love Greek food and I love having this real authentic option downtown....we have 1 mil crappy pizza and fake sushi places. OK. The order came in 15 mins and I don't live close by. The good: chicken was flavorful, items weren't greasy or over salted. The salad was ok. The Tzaziki (however you spell it) should be in a plastic container in the gyro (I'm not spelling out yeero) platter. It makes the chips (which are bland potatoes) cold and soggy as well as the meat. BAD packaging but easy to solve. They need to not call bland sliced potatoes chips - this is NY not London. Didn't like them. The 3 dips were good - the green one is weird - I can't make out what it is - very tangy. The orange one is very good. I grew up with Greeks and eating real GreeK food - it's good - modern clean Greek - but seriously needs salt or something on those potatoes. And please don't drown the platter in yogurt sauce over what's supposed to be warm food.

One of the best greek delivery options. The prices are great overall for what you get. The souvlakis are good, and even though they sometimes arrive cold by they time they get here, we pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and they're warm again. the salads feel fresh even though they are pre-packaged. A bit of a shame they are 70% lettuce with the rest on top, but still good. There are a lot of great mezedes to choose from, and all the ones we've tried so far have been delicious. The small portions for $2.5 are a great deal!

I received a phone call to ask how my dinner was. That's a big plus as to why he got five stars out of five. The gyros were seasoned well. The dinner was not overly saturated with grease. The only difference between here and Astoria Greek was how the gyros were packaged. Otherwise, you will be pleased with authentic Greek. Enjoy!
