3 Stars for the food. Ordered Saag Paneer. Food is expensive, but portions are good. Horrible delivery policy though. They say 55-70 minutes delivery time and guess what? They actually deliver on the 70th minute. My food was already cold and there's no fun in eating a cold Roti.

Extremely slow service. Food consistently takes more than an hour to deliver (inside Manhattan). Arrives cold. Special requests are usually ignored. Calling the restaurant does not help - they just tell you "it will be there any minute" and then it's still another 20 minutes or so. I love Baluchi's food but the service via Seamless has been terrible lately.

My normal Indian place was closed so I tried Bukhara, was very pleasantly surprised. Really delicious, generous portions, fast delivery. I think I am switching!
Coffee is not the best.

Food was decent, nothing really to write home about. Didn't seem super fresh but wasn't over-the-top greasy or anything. Will only order from here when other indian places aren't open.

Very nice food and very fresh. I have ordered most of the vegetarian dishes and they will allow you to customize then (i.e. no salt, etc) which makes this one of my "go to's" for Indian. Love this place!

I believe in second chances. After they read my review, they promptly called me up to resend the parathas again. They were so much better this time. They are still a little too thick for my liking but atleast they got the chillis right this time. My favorite though was the Ragara patties that they very kindly decided to send me as well, it was absolutely delicious.
I remembered dining here a few years ago and enjoying the food. One lazy winter evening, it sprung up seamless and I went ahead ordered. I was smacking my tongue and waiting for the Gobi parathas and raita. They looked and smelt great (Don't judge a book by its cover- This adage has stood the test of time) but were crazy spicy!! I am a Indian who can handle spice but this was just insane. They should call it Chilli parathas and not Gobi parathas. I was panting and gasping by the time I was quarter way through it. I am not a big fan of the doughy sides of parathas but that was the only respite from this Chilli stuffed monster. I definitely know where to take my enemies to dine.
