I spent a while looking at reviews for Chinese food in the UES, as I normally do. Not sure why, because China Fun has not let me down thus far. I usually order sesame chicken, general tzos, or dumplings. Tonight the sesame chicken was great.

The food is great and the sushi is always fresh, BUT...the portions have gotten a lot smaller in the last few months. I have been eating here for years, and find the staff helpful and polite and always willing to make accommodations. I just wish the portion size had stayed the same when it comes to the rolls. I used to be full after 2 rolls-- now I need 3 or more.

GREAT sushi, but the portions seem to be shrinking.....(not the $$$$ tho)
The packaging and menu are stunning - hence the food costs.
I order about once a week - SUPER FRESH and delicious - .

Very high quality sashimi. Actually, it was the best sashimi I've had in a few months, and I try new Japanese restaurants frequently. I highly recommend the salmon toro. The special rolls are equally high quality, and their spicy sauce is among the spiciest I've had. Beware the sashimi prices are for 1 piece only, and the rolls are smallish in diameter. It is a bit on the expensive side. For that reason, it doesn't make my top 5 list for take-out sushi, but I will definitely try dining in at this restaurant soon. I had a quick look at their website, and the new midtown space looks gorgeous. The food, I have already verified is excellent.

It can be hard to find decent chinese and Japanese mix delivery. While nothing is stellar, this place in consistently very good. Everything is decent. Cran rangoon is better than most, and try the rolls with jalepnos.

Ordered here couple times and i have to say this is definitely one of my favorite Japanese restaurant on top of my list. I ordered a sashimi regular for dinner the other night and the portion are generous. The color and the texture of the fish are nice and fresh. The taste is amazing. Although some people have complained about their delivery time, but it has never been a problem for me, I guess i am just never in a rush for dinner so.. Overall this is a place that i will always return to.

The best sushi delivery place near my home on 42nd street. I tried almost all of them but this guys really impressed me. I eat only sushi. Nothing else. And their sushi are always super fresh and tasty like in real quality Japaneses restaurants.
