I love Bagel and Bean! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and not too greasy. It is my go-to spot when I don't have the time or energy to make a fancy breakfast. Delicious and reasonably priced. I am a fan.

I usually love pick a bagel but this is one of the first times I've done delivery through them. I can't have regular cream cheese and therefore tofu cream cheese is the only thing I can have. When they delivered the wrong type of cream cheese, I called and told them but they insisted that they gave me the right one. I kept saying I know the difference but they insisted that they were right. Thankfully, they are sending another batch over as long as I return the other one. Regardless of who is right or wrong, I thought they way they went around their customer service and trying to help my problem was very rude. I don't think I will order from them again simply because of how rude they were in handling my issue

These guys rock! Fresh, fast, and delicious. Their prices are super reasonable, especially for NY food. They are my go-to delivery place for those weekend mornings (okay, afternoons technically) when I find myself starving and unprepared to face the public.

Not sure what the deal is with all the negative feedback on delivery is. I have ordered from Tal at least two dozen times since I have move to this neighborhood last June. The food is always hot and the delivery is just fine. Not to mention that their bagels and bfast sandwiches are far superior to any in the neighborhood. Delivery time says 30-45 min so don't expect it to show up at your door in 15.

Love me some 72nd Street bagels! Egg sandwiches on a bagel are HUGE! I'm an eater and 1 of their egg whites with cheese bagel sandwiches will keep me full for almost the whole day. The bagels here are always fresh and they stay fresh for at least a day or so without having to put them in a ziploc. Their delivery service is excellent too. Usually they are at my place within 30 min. Rarely have they screwed up an order too. I knocked them down a star as they sometimes deliver coffee without the requested Equal but rather with sugar and when I've ordered muffins from them, the fat-free chocolate chip muffin was far from fresh. The regular blueberry muffins have always been fresh though. I highly recommend 72nd Street Bagel to feed your bagel fix. You won't be sorry!

Admittedly I live pretty close, but for me, they always come in quicker than the projected delivery time. I only ever get assorted bagels (sandwiches or cream cheese) but they've always been fresh. Never gotten an order wrong and the delivery guys are polite. I can't ask for much else.

Very happy with the bagel & lox and fruit platters we ordered for a breakfast. The coffee set-up was also nice. Important to order well in advance if possible though -- they are unable to accomodate large last-minute orders (which seems reasonable to me!)
