  thought I'd try this place out...have been here twice now. Used to be NYC Gyro King but Fava took over. Food quality and service is good. Got the lamb chicken and rice late night after a long happy hour. The meat was tasty and cooked well (comparable/cleaner than most food carts), decent rice, and good selection of sauces and veggies. Got an order of the hummus which was pretty good. Delivery time was within 20 minutes, and I live about 3 blocks and 2 avenues away. Will definitely get semi-late night food from here again.

  Ordered from here today and excpected a long wait, but alas the food came quickly and it was HANDS down one of the best lunches i have gotten from seamless!! The chicken was moist, the sauce to die for. I will DEF be ordering from here again, DELICIOUS FOOD

  This place is awesome. Got two gyros (one chicken, one beef/lamb) along with the french fries. Everything was fantastic and delivered quickly. Mama's sauce is a mayo and ketchup combo, but not that great IMO. I suggest sticking with the tzatziki. Will be ordering from here again for sure.

  I had a perfectly fine experience with the Pita Grill. The food was good and warm, and although the food came at the very end of the estimated delivery time I feel 40 minutes is an acceptable time to wait for food being delivered to me almost four avenue blocks away.

  My avgolemono soup was delicious! I had been waiting for a restaurant in the neighborhood to put it on their menu and finally it came. Not disappointed. Lots of veggies and fresh chicken. Lots of pita came with their tsaziki and it's fresh and yummy. And granted... while neither of these things probably need to be prepared- the food showed up in only 20 minutes. Fab.

  Just got the greek salad for lunch. Loved it!! It came super quickly, was so delicious, would have been 5 stars if only it came with a piece of bread or pita!

  Delivery took a little longer than estimated, but still great food. So happy to finally have some Greek food in the neighborhood that delivers! Some of my favorite Avgolemono in the city
