  The best sushi in Astoria in my opinion. They are so unbeleiveably nice here too! One time I ordered the wrong roll on accident and I called to see if they could exchange it or I could order a new one and they ended up going out of their way and sending over the roll I wanted anyways free of charge...and it wasnt even their fault it was mine!! Great sushi and service...cannot ask for more.

  My go-to sushi place in Astoria. It always tastes so fresh! Plus their chicken fried rice is some of the best I've had, period. They often throw in free edamame or pineapple, so that's a bonus.

  Delivery is fast, lunch special are a fair price, the food is very delicious. This place has become one of my favorite spots since appearing on seamless. I order from them quite often now. I highly recommend this place.

  Love love love. My favorite staple sushi spot in Astoria. They do all my favorites just right! The amaebi is super fat and juicy and same goes for the uni! I do recommend ordering the omakase even though its not on the seamless menu I call and ask for it.... So good... I just got this crazy uni dumpling .. Probably one of the tastiest things I've ever had :3

  I typically approach ordering from a brand new sushi restaurant online with a healthy degree of skepticism and paranoia. The fact that I can’t see the cleanliness of the establishment fuels this apprehension and the thought of “will I get violently ill?” can’t help but flutter through my mind. But my addiction to aquatic life always prevails and I take the leap of faith. Generally when faced with this situation, I order my "base" (test drive) rolls. But something about Cho Cho San’s menu spoke to me. The flavor and ingredient combinations seemed remarkably well-thought-out and my yearning for something amazing overtook my “base test” standards. Boy I am glad I followed my gut. Delivery was pleasantly timely, especially given that it was prime dinnertime on a Friday night. When the deliveryman arrived, he held a rose and stuck it out to me along with my food and a “Happy Valentine’s Day!” (It was the day after Valentine’s Day, but that seems an insignificant detail.) I excitedly put my florist-grade rose in water as my stomach growled in delicious anticipation. I ordered: iPhone 5 Roll, New Year Tree, Cho Cho Roll, and Avocado Nest. The Avocado Nest was like the Japanese answer to guacamole – definitely a share-friendly appetizer and definitely tasty. All of the fish and shellfish were extraordinarily fresh; the flavor combinations were spot on. The scallops were truly so fresh, that my taste buds took a little vacation back to the summertime Maine coast. And perhaps of equal or greater importance – and in light of the fact our local Japanese restaurants on Seamless have been failing badly in this department in the past months – the rice was cooked perfectly. Five stars all around – delivery promptness, food quality, taste, and customer service! I hope Cho Cho San (Queens) is here to stay. Welcome to Sunnyside!

  Food has been great the few times we've ordered. Everything tasted fresh, but it was also very attractive...better than other Astoria alternatives. The delivery is fast and the gentleman is very polite. In short, they quickly replaced the place we used to order from.

  When it doubt, Junko! Consistently delicious sushi arrive within minutes, and their Japanese ginger sesame dressing over iceberg lettuce somehow is much more tasty than others. Junko's spicy tuna roll is pure comfort food. Great lunch specials too.
