Delivery time was average, considering the restaurant probably just opened. I ordered 3 things: Garlic knots, sauteed spinach and stromboli. The garlic knots are perfection, they're fluffy, garlicky, toasted just right, a bit on the oily side, but scrumptious nonetheless. The sauteed spinach came in a generous portion, looks just delicious and what I expected - however there is a wierd plasticy flavor that I can't seem to place my finger on. The stromboli - which I had the highest expectations for, seems a little smaller than what I expected. It is also scrumptious regardless of its size. All in all, Phil & Sons did not disappoint when it comes to flavor and seasoning. I'm just hoping that maybe the combination of foods with the spinach caused the plastic flavor on my tastebuds and that there wasn't something else in the spinach.

The food is always fresh, tasty and hot and delivered well within the time limit designated. Everything that I have tried so far has been delicious and everyone that has had their food at my place loves it . And trust me I know my Indian food!

Serviceable barbecue; decent diner-quality food. I give 2 thumbs up for the taco salad -- large, tasty, filling; one of the few bargains at Dallas BBQ. We tend to order from them only for "emergencies," though, because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the kitchen staff gets at least one thing wrong on the order. Last time, they left the chili out of the "new chili dog" so I ended up paying $9 for a hot dog ... I would give 4 stars for Rego Park, but the ability to fill orders "as placed" is so poor it takes them down one star.

I'm giving *the food only* 4 stars, but I'm rating on a curve comparing it to other area "cheap Chinese." The fried rice is absolutely delicious -- and that is rarely the case ordering combo options, where usually holding down the cost is the primary concern. Sauteed dishes are high quality protein and vegetables, but for my taste some of the sauces are a little on the sweet side. They sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed, both the kitchen and delivery staff. Twice the appetizer items were a little scorched; once they sent the wrong order, and all 3 times I've ordered from them, there has been a delivery delay; Saturday night, it took an hour to get one combo plate (delicious) and one slightly burned order of shrimp toast. Even with these minor flaws, I find them the preferred option on Seamless for affordable Chinese food in Rego Park.

Chicken vindaloo is awesome. All the breads are amazing but the poori is a bit too oily to stay good for delivery. My boyfriend loved the homemade cheese and mild gravy. Whatever the chopped tomato side that comes with delivery is please make it a triple next time.

Village Grill is a hidden gem in FH. The beef gyro platter comes with a nice BIG salad + dressing, any side (lemon potatoes are awesome), bread and beef gyro + tzaziki sauce (amazing). Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that they charge $1 for extra sauce. Whenever I order an extra village sauce, its like a tiny dollop of sauce. If you charge a buck for extra sauce (most places its free), they should make sure it doesn't dissapoint

Honestly, the best sushi I've had in Queens - if not all NYC. They're way faster than their competitors in terms of delivery time. I had a special request to switch certain rolls on a party tray and it came out perfectly. AND FRESH! I used a promo code, but prices are pretty reasonable. I feel like I got more sushi in the tray than I paid for, actually. And to top it all off, I got an extra roll marked "on the house". The delivery guy is really sweet, too. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them. :)
