Baker's Dozen has the freshest bagels in this area of Greenpoint. When ordering in person, at their counter, the staff are usually rude, and mess up the order about 85% of the time. My husband says they always seem like they're all high out of their heads. When ordering through Seamless they seem to get the orders right most of the time. If you ask for something toasted, they simply stick the bagel in the panini press, so that it's "toasted" on the outside of the bagel, but not on the inside - kind of annoying. Their chocolate croissant strangely lacks a chocolate flavor. Their corn muffins are decent. Their coffee tastes like dirty dish water - we recommend getting coffee anywhere else.

Great salads to smash on. Smashing all day on these green streets. Also- it says delivery time is 60 to 75, which is a major seamless turn off for peeps, is a total fabrication on their part it is usually like 20 to 30 minutes. But of course, don't get angry if they don't come in 20 to 30!

I was thrilled at the notion of having Halal food delivered to my door (or in Brooklyn at all,) but they skipped out on the best part--the white sauce! Delivery guy made me come out to the street to get my food. Food wasn't bad though, might give them another shot someday.

This is a great place to order from, their cook is very talented and the food is consistently prepared. Their eggs over-easy is great, delicious peach/mango smoothie with cinnamon, and my favorite, the shrimp poboy.

Best homemade bagels and spreads in all of NY with unheard of bagel options such as whole wheat spinach, whole wheat everything, occasional special bagels and spreads such as everything cream cheese is to die for.
Can never eat bagels from anywhere else again.

It did take a while for the food to be delivered. But it was worth the wait. The sandwich was quite ample and could be used for two meals; not to mention that it was delicious. The franks were good too..along with the fries, and knish. Hearty fare to say the least.

Best darn sandwiches in the neighborhood. You can't go wrong with any of the specialty heros, but my personal faves are the Robert DeNiro and Pastrami King. I've also had their turkey club and roast beef sandwiches that are also very good. I've had their fried chicken delivered during a very snowy day and it was fresh fried and delivered in a timely manner. Very tasty and really hit the spot.
