For the price, Bamboo Ya is pretty good. The fish tastes fresh, and the rolls are decently sized. I've only ordered delivery/pickup, but the service has always been fast.

I like the food but I too have had the rude delivery guy. This guy brought a menu from a different sushi place and told me to order from there because it's closer! I called and complained and got my tip refunded as well as they promised he would never deliver to me again and hasn't so far. If he did, I would not accept the food.

Literally order from them weekly. I've never been disappointed with their roll combos, the delivery has always been fast (by Seneca M), and the delivery guy is supernice. And no upcharge for brown rice!

I only wish their menu were more expansive. Very high quality fish, even specialty ones like red clam and squid. (Edit: I docked them a star because the last time the fish was not as fresh. I'm going to try one more time and report back.)

Extremely annoyed. The first 3 times I used delivery through seamless, things went smoothly. It came within 30 minutes and the food was pretty good. Today I ordered for a fourth time and it took an hour and a half just to get here and the place is close to my house... I called to check up on what's taking so long and all they could say was sorry it should be there in a few minutes. Then it gets worse. A new delivery guy, prior to my first three orders, comes and could not understand me nor could I understand him. He was asking me to pay.. and I said everything was payed for online through seamless. He then stands outside my house holding my door and calls the restaurant and speaks so very loudly for ten minutes. And I'm just standing there getting aggravated because I already waited so long for this food and this guy would not leave. He thought I hadn't payed. So after those ten grueling minutes, he confirms that I did pay even though the receipt already said that I did. He then asks for TIP. Mind you, I always tip $2 online when I order from them... and I'm just like, the tip is already on the card... I could not believe he even asked after all this inconvenience. I would take that online tip back if I could. Bottom line, I don't like how they handled this. I even thought they were going to compensate me for the long wait maybe a free side like what I had read from other restaurant reviews who had unsatisfied customers, but that was not the case. Not ordering here again. I hope you all have a better experience than I did. *After about a week, the manager herself contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a free order. I appreciate that they called up and tried to fix the situation.*

Staff is always friendly and attentive. I only pickup and can't comment on delivery. Sushi is just OK its nothing that will blow your mind but the prices are fair and my order is always ready quickly. Appreciate the fact that they offer the option to make rolls with brown rice for only .50. Really great lunch specials even on weekends.

Very pleased with almost everything. SUPER fast lunch delivery, great prices, and pretty fantastic sushi. I was not at all impressed with the vegetable tempura, so minus one star for that. But fast delivery, great sushi, and good prices for sure.
