Just finished latest repeat order, maybe 5h or 6th time for same order. Wow. Tasted like supermarket sushi !! What happened? We thought we found our "go to" sushi delivery spot but was extremely surprised by the poor quality and mistakes with the order (ordered Tiger Roll - got so e type of salmon cream cheese roll - yuck). Will give you another shot - but only one. Hope they get back to where they were...

3.5 stars. Food is pretty tasty & sushi is decent, especially for delivery. Will definitely order again. My favorite thing to order here is the Suki Beef Rice.
Last time, my food came in 20 minutes! Typically takes them half an hour & I've never had to wait longer than an hour for my food.

Gyoza is cooked as tempura which is weird. But I had the chicken donburi and that was pretty good. Their edamame is pretty good too, it's cooked to the right softness.

The food was fantastic! Fish was fresh, the chicken was tasty, and loved the miso soup. They delivered faster than they they quoted which was a nice surprise. I will be ordering from them again soon.

food would have tasted good if it was delivered within the time period. They estimated about 40-50 minutes and did not show up till 1 hour and 30 minutes later. The food was completely cold but had potential to be delicious.

This place is great for nights when you want Japanese but you don't want to think too hard about what to order. Twice this week we've had Gyoza and Teriyaki chicken rice plates delivered home. It's delicious, and they always put something extra in for us; sushi rolls or miso. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a tonkasu and a tempura side. Was suprised that it came with miso soup and a salad. Great price for the quality of food in downtown SF. The store is very decent in size and you can take your food there after ordering takeout. I waited a bit before heading out and the fried item is not as crunchy as I like it to be, but that's my fault. i.e. after your order, don't wait too long. Overall, I would recommend this place.
