Eat here at least twice a week....salads are good, PLEASE BRING BACK THE CIDER VINAIGRETTE dressing!!!! Need to have an option for frequent buyers that require delivery. Disappointed by add ons....ordered jicama slaw a few times and paid EXTRA but my salad arrived without it! Love the seasonals and having "new" choices, dressings are good and I love the "on the side" option!

Monterey's pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. I live close by, so delivery time has never been a problem, and I've always gotten what I've ordered. I highly recommend Monterey's as an alternative to the "big store" brands.

The food was delicious but the delivery was terrible. They were late, the food was squished together (bad news for sandwiches), and there were no utensils or napkins included. Will probably NOT order again just based on that.

The sandwiches are great, I love the hot peppers. They really screwed up my order the first time I ordered with seamless, but they fixed it by giving me an extra pickle.

Food was great, but they can be flaky when it comes to delivering. Our company has put in orders that met the minimum but they still failed to deliver for lack of staff members.

I have since reordered numerous times and have been completely satisfied with both the food and the service. It's a great go to place for lunch.
I have only ordered from here once and I'm hoping that the next time I order that I can change this to a higher rating as I've heard good things about them hence why I ordered from them. Anyways, the reason I am giving them one star at this time is because I ordered the egg salad sandwich and was expecting to receive an old fashioned egg salad made with just mayo, maybe some onions, celery and pepper and salt. What arrived was an egg salad sandwich which was made with mayo and mustard (perhaps dijon). I wish they had a description and then I wouldn't have ordered the sandwich as it was not to my liking - so just a head's up if you don't like mustard in your egg salad don't order it.
**UPDATE***Ok, since this is a rate the food star I have to leave it as a one, but if I could, I would give D&B themselves a 5. I wrote an e-mail regarding my food experience and actually received a phone call back from them the same afternoon. They apologized and said that they were sorry to hear I didn't like the egg salad, offered to buy me a meal in the future and mentioned that next time I order it I could just specify that I wanted mayo only no mustard and that the sandwich would be made that way. Great customer service which made me feel appreciated.
